Recommended use: Start with 5 drops daily. After 3-7 days, increase to 5 drops twice daily. After 3-7 days, increase to 10 drops twice daily. If you combine this supplement with ASEA Redox or sea plasma, you can maintain your health on an ongoing basis with 10 drops twice daily. If this is the only salt-based sea mineral you use, increase to 15 drops twice daily and continue at this dosage. Be sure to drink enough water and remain hydrated for this supplement to be most effective.
