Recommended use: Start with 3 twice daily. After 3-7 days increase to 6 drops twice daily. After another 3-7 days increase to 9 drops twice daily. Do not exceed 30 drops daily. When using other essential oils you will have to balance your dose with the other oils so you don’t exceed 30 drops daily.
